1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Tal3ni mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Tal3ni lets users:

• Register a vehicle by proving they own it
• Search for a registered vehicle by its plate number
• Contact the owner of a registered vehicle by phone

The service exists so that a driver who is blocked in, or who needs to alert an owner about their car, can reach that owner. It is not a directory, a lookup service for hire, or a source of data for any other purpose.

3. Vehicle Verification

You cannot register a plate by typing it. To register a vehicle you must photograph its number plate and its vehicle licence, and the plate number read from both must match.

• You may only register vehicles that you own or are lawfully entitled to register
• Registering a vehicle that is not yours is a violation of these Terms and grounds for termination
• A verified plate cannot be edited afterwards. If a plate is registered incorrectly, delete the vehicle and register it again
• Verification attempts are limited per day. Repeated failures may require you to contact support
• How the photographs are handled, and what happens to them afterwards, is described in the Privacy Policy

4. User Responsibilities

• Provide an accurate phone number and accurate vehicle information
• Use the service only for legitimate purposes relating to a specific vehicle
• Do not harass, threaten or abuse other users
• Do not use the service for commercial solicitation or spam
• Respect the privacy of other users

5. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use Tal3ni to:

• Stalk, harass, intimidate or threaten anyone
• Look up a vehicle for any reason other than contacting its owner about that vehicle
• Collect, scrape, store or redistribute user data
• Automate searches, or attempt to work around search or verification limits
• Register a vehicle you do not own
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Violate any local, national or international law
• Transmit malicious code or interfere with the operation of the App

Searches are logged and rate limited. Accounts used for bulk lookup or harassment will be terminated.

6. What Other Users Can See

By registering a vehicle you accept that:

• Anyone signed in who searches your verified plate can see your name, your profile photo if you uploaded one, your phone number, and your vehicle details if you provided them
• This is the purpose of the service — it is how someone reaches you about your car
• You can remove this at any time by deleting the vehicle, or by deleting your account

7. Profile Photos

• Uploading a profile photo is optional
• If you upload one, it is visible to anyone who searches a plate you have registered
• You may remove or replace it at any time from the Edit Profile screen. Previous photos are deleted from our storage when replaced or removed

8. Account Termination and Deletion

• You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Edit Profile → Delete account, or from the web at https://tal3ni.github.io/delete-account.html if the App is no longer installed. Deletion is immediate and permanent, and releases your plates for another user to register
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• We may remove content that violates our policies
• We may modify or discontinue the service at any time

9. Disclaimers

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• Vehicle verification reduces the chance of a false registration but is not a guarantee of legal ownership
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of information provided by users
• We are not responsible for disputes between users, or for what happens when one user contacts another
• Use of the service is at your own risk

10. Limitation of Liability

Tal3ni and its owners shall not be liable for:

• Any damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the service
• Unauthorised access to your data
• The actions or inactions of other users
• Any third-party content or conduct

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tal3ni from any claims, damages or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of the rights of another person.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
